My story
Hello! My name is Samantha, though most people know me as Samii. My culinary journey began in 2012 with the launch of Scrap Dinner, initially a food blog I started while studying in Japan to document the dishes I was learning. This passion project continued to evolve alongside my formal culinary education at the Arizona Culinary Institute and later moved on to Instagram.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in diverse restaurant settings while catering to smaller events and meal prep requests for friends and family. However, in 2023 I embraced my true calling as a personal chef. Traditional restaurant roles often limited my creative expression, driving my decision to venture into a space where I could truly innovate and personalize culinary experiences.
While I dream of one day opening my own restaurant, currently, my joy comes from crafting meals for your celebrations, bringing a touch of creativity and personalized flair to your dining table.
